AOL haunting the laptop!

My sister bought a PC World laptop, and they must have some agreement with AOL because on start-up there is a nice big pop-up (with sound) that comes up every time, which is a nuisance.

I have tried 'Add or Remove Programs,' but either my sister has done this or its not on the list. Either way it still comes up.

Would love to know the solution! Thanks

Start--search--all files and folders--more advanced search--tick hidden folders and tick system folders and tick subfolders. Type AOL in "all or part of the file name" Make sure your harddrive letter is correct then click search.
Delete all found from bottom up. Some flies won't delete, or appear not to, but will dissapear after a reboot.
