AOL, guest sign bypasses parental controls

I sent an e-mail to you over a month ago suggesting you investigate what I think may be a serious security flaw in AOL. I had contacted AOL on several occasions but since the help line is now located off shore there is a lack of interest.
The basic problem as I see it (following an attempt to log onto a porn site), is that somebody can sign on AOL as a guest and bypass any parental controls that have been set and then download who knows what (how can I explain it to the porn squad?). Nobody has told me how I can delete the guest option or at least set some controls.
There is a lot more but to round off, at least Norton Internet Security stopped access to the premium line.
