I'm having trouble getting on AOL tonight, this is the 10th attempt. Helpline busy too. Has someone knocked a plug out?

yes I found the same, had to alter the order of the dialup numbers to get on.

If I get engaged I swap the numbers round, usually find one that will connect first time.

Spent two years with AOL so I wont knock them....But if and when you cancel, they will offer you a month free, they accept your cancellation but they state that you can use your free month to inform others of your new email address and that you have to ring back in a months time. Now thats a exactly a month so if you forget by one day you have to pay another months rental.

Not just me then. I'm happy with AOL too, just thought there was a problem.

What part of the country are you in? No trouble here in good old Lancs.

I recently changed to ISDN BT Home/Highway, as we have no Broadband. The AOL dial up now is incredible, the Connie bird now welcomes me in about 8 seconds from the moment I log on. Del.
