AOL BB and Belkin Wireless Networking

  ajm 20:18 22 Aug 04

A friend has ask me to assist him in setting up sharing of 1 pc and two laptops via wireless networking. His ISP is AOL BB and he has purchased the Belkin 54g Wireless Router with Built in Modem. Also he has a PCMCIA Belkin wireless card for his laptop. He also has a Sony laptop that has wireless built in. The Modem Router will be connected to the desktop through a Network Card.

I have heard that it is difficult, but not impossible, to configure wireless sharing if your ISP is AOL, as they use their own software to acess the AOL servers.

Has anyone successfully done wireless networking with AOL and guidance or links to pages would be helpful
