After having had a lot of problems with AOL last week and finally resolving them myself and ringing AOL many many times, they have sent me a CD AOL Resolution November 2005. They also stated in the accompanying letter they believe a piece of malicious software (also know as malware) may have installed inself on my PC. My question is, do I, or do I not, install this CD. My pc (touch wood) seems perfectly fine at the moment and I am dubious about whether or not to use this CD. Can somebody please advise. Thanks again, Ann

Do you have XP? Set a System Restore point (Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore) then install the CD.
