I would like a programme like the Planetarium that shows the Sun and Planets moving around it. I have bought Astronomer for Windows - no good. Redshift - no good. Orbits - no good. Give us a clue please?

Thanks feb, lots there so I am going to have to try them all. Will let you know.

Sorry feb, but none of those are what I am looking for. I am looking for a programme that does exactly the same thing as if I went to the London Planetarium.

Didn't Patrick Moore the amateur astronomer do one of these programs? j.

Djohn, I don't know. I already have what I consider to be the best "Night Sky" programme, but it only shows the sky as I can see it from my house. What I want is a simulation of the planets moving around the sun. I have tried "patrick moore" in google but it didn't come up with much.

Sorry Djohn re your second post, that is not what I want either.
