A friend of mine was in that part of the world last year.He told us, that it was surprising what is hidden inside some of the 'shacks' located at various places. Using modern technology in a bygone world was most impressive,especially as the communities were more than eager to use this once nearly obsolete equipment.

So would anyone who is involved with an institution which is buying new equipment please refer them to the abovelink rather than landfill for their old unwanted laptops/pcs it would do good/be useful twice in one go!
