AntiVir Command Line Scanner

I'm getting a repeated message that the above program "is trying to communicate with C:/Windows/Explorer.EXE by opening its process".
Does anyone know what's going on here? Is this safe or what?

If you have avira as your Anti virus it should be part of that.

It is part of Avira Anti Virus program - listed here under "Support Tool Downloads" click here You either are using or have used Avira at some point?

I don't have any Avira programs installed. I use Zone Alarm, and it's this (ZA) which keeps flashing up the message to which I referred above.

This is it if you do not have it on your computer and have never downloaded it it should not be on your computer.
Try Add remove programs and see if it is in there if so remove it.
Or go into msconfig, start up programs, and if on there untick it.
or go to search and type in Command Line Scanner see what it comes up with.
