Avast runs both but if you need a standalone then try Superantispyware. If you use the free version then you have to update and run manual scans; click here

If you have McAfee with your BB is that a security suit? If so should include antispyware.
Definately no two AV programs should be running as they will conflict and create problems.

Malwarebytes and or Superantispyware.

I use Malwarebytes and Spybot S&D.

Spybot has an Immunise function which helps keep stuff from even getting into the system.

The reason for using two is that each one will find stuff the other one doesn't.

I use them both for cleaning other peoples systems - on average Spybot seems to clean out more stuff.
