anti-virus on a networked PC

hi.Am i right in thinking that if the main PC has a firewall and anti-virus, a PC which is wirelessy connected to it is also covered, or do i need them on both.. thanks

You need AV on both as the virus could come in as a download from the interent or piggy back off an email or webpage. The main PC won't scan all network packets for virus simply because it couldn't.

A firewall on the other PCs is not essential though it may be a wise idea just to be safe.
