After a crash my computer went in for repair but on its return I can't access Norton anti-virus. I get the message that my trial period is over, although I've paid for 2004 XP version and recently updated my subscription for another year. The message instructs me to purchase now, but even clicking on that won't work. I'd like to know which anti-virus is most recommended as I'm losing faith in Norton and can't redownload though I've tried many times to access support. I found my invoice online but it just said my download is completed.

Re-install Norton, it should recognise your subscription. If it does not contact Symantec for help
