another wireless question

I have a Toshiba laptop for work which can detect wireless networks. I currently use the laptop at home as well. At home we have an old Compaq laptop and we get our internet through Pipex (who currently do not offer wireless access).

Can you please tell me what I should purchase to change our broadband to wireless?

Thanks

one that has its own ADSL modem built in. Then you'll need a PCMCIA card-type wireless network adapter for the old Compaq.

That's it - set up the router according to the manufacturer's instructions, install the PCMCIA card in the Compaq, and away you go; you'll be able to access the broadband connection on both machines - wirelessly.
