If I install a program, how do I stop it from appearing on all users start menu other than manually removing it from " aal users" file ?

The latest programs that I have been installing have had a tick box during setup allowing installation for All Users when ticked or just the current user if unticked. Other than that I don't know of another way.

I've just installed "ad-aware" & "spybot", but only spybot went in to all users.
