Another AV Question

  Stealth Mode 20:40 16 Jun 03

I have recently put Pccillin 2003 in my PC, I had Pccillin 2002 before and that was ok, but I wasn't getting any updates, so I ugraded to 2003, I have been getting an Error message: Active update Internal Error 28.

So I have been to Trend Micro Problems site for a solution, It instructed me to delet some Internal Folders. I have done that.

The thing is how do I know that if I have solved the Error problem, I have stopped it from catching Viruses, withou actually trying to catch avirus.

It scans ok and updates ok.

Any ideas on how to test it?

Hope it makes sense.

Go to click here to download the Anti Virus test file. Any reputable AV software will detect it as a virus (ITS NOT!!) Is just a com file that displays a message if you AV fails to block it.

Read carefully and try the downloads at the bottom of the page.
