Annoying toolbar.

Somehow a toolbar has attached itself to my home page (Google). So that everytime I click on the home page this toolbar opens as well. I've tried to delete it many times, but it always comes back.
By moving my mouse over the button at the bottom of the screen, it shoes me click here opener.html
How can I rid my machine of this nuisance?

I have the Google tool bar, I can go into Add/Remove to get rid of it.

Smegs, sorry but I don't mean the Google toolbar.
And because I typed the full addy of the offending toolbar, it's not showing it on the page. Here's another go, but I've replaced the http with xxxx.

This looks like Lop - did you UPDATE and run Spybot and / or AdAware - both of these should be able to handle this.
