Annoying Security Messages in Vista

Does anyone know how to get rid of the IE message that continually states that

"this page contains secure and non secure items, do you want to display the non-secure items?"

Also is there any way to get rid of messages telling you that the UAC is turned off and to check your settings?

Also in IE go to Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab. Scroll down to the bottom of the list, and make sure "Warn if changing between secure and not secure mode" is NOT checked - click Apply and OK.
