Annoying message on Hanns-G TFT monitor

I bought myself a Hanns-G tft monitor from Novatech. Absolutely great - and stylish.

There is one minor niggle with it, though. Each time WinXP does anything that temporarily switches off the monitor - like in a boot - it flashes up an annoying little message on the screen to remind me what the best resolution for the monitor is.

Egad! I've had the flippin' thing long enough to know what the best resolution is - and I'm set to this.

I've tried to find this company on the www - with no success - to see if there is a way of suppressing this message.

Anyone out there found a way?

Chris

Many thanks for that link. I'd not realised (forgotten?) that Hanns-G were Hansol.

Following the link now.

Thanks again

One big apology, I think - How on earth did I read Hanns-G as Hansol (no wonder my post was a bit terse!!)

Found something anyway, but probably no help - sorry!!
