what is the average heat from an AMD xp 2Ghz processor.

and

why is my -12V at -13.5V

You can't realy have any average heat, this is something that depends on the layout of you case, the number of perpherials ect ect.

As long as the temp is not going over say 55C then I wouldn't worry, if it does go above this then I would think about installing some extra fans, or other Cooling equipment.

My AMD XP 2.0 Ghz Runs at a nice 13 Degrees - AAAHHH the bliss of Water Cooling.
