AMD 64 from US ... what's the difference ???

Im looking to buy a new AMD64 processor 3400 and I've been looking at importing one from an american source as it will be cheaper . I need to know if there is any difference between the american processor and the UK one or wheather its just the psu that is different to compensate for the different voltage used in America ?

it's the same but beware csutoms and VAT charges which will in all likelihood be levied and will have to be paid before you can get the parcel.

Also although unlikely to need warranty - higher costs if you have to ship back to states, plus a lot of American outlets will not sell to UK.

Do you just mean the processor itself or a complete system.
If just the processor theres no difference.
