Alphabetical order in Word

Hi All, I am making a personal phone list in word using tables and inserting name, landline and mobile numbers. My question is how, and IF, I can after finishing and after adding new ones get the names to go in alphabetical order? Cheers, Flobby

Hi All. I have found the solution using the help function in word, for those that want the solution as well here it is.
Select the list or table you want to sort.

On the Table menu, click Sort.

Select the sort options you want.
Cheers, Flobby

Highlight the column you want to sort on (click on one cell in the column, then Table/Select/Column), then Table>Sort.
