Al Programs Icon

A friend has just been having a nightmare trying to get back on to AOL since a very recent upgrade; AOL's technician gave up andleft the friend high and dry and they still cannot connect. I have seen recent postings about this and realise that many peopel are similarly affected. I have yet to delve too deeply into this so will reserve judgement for the time being.

However, on looking at their computer running XP SP2 I noted that when clicking on START there is no icon for 'All Programs'directly above. How do I retrieve this!

Perhaps System Restore back a short while, and/or a Repair with XP disc.

Right click the taskbar > Properties > Start Menu tab, tick Start Menu.
