Hi all,

Can someone answer me a question? Can you use an ADSL wireless router on a cable service.

The reason I am asking is that I am on BT internet but looking to transfer to Virgin and just wondered if i would need to buy a new wireless router

Cheers

You'd need a new CABLE router.

Not necessarily, if you already get ADSL broadband from BT, you're probably going to just get a transfer to ADSL broadband from Virgin. Virgin is not cable-only.
