ADSL Wall Sockets

I am thinking of getting broadband within the next few weeks, I have found a good ISP, but now want to know about connecting the cables into the sockets. I know that if I use microfilters, every phone socket in the house would need one.

However, I think a microfilter in every phone socket would look a bit messy, so I was wondering if I could get wall sockets with an ADSL port and a phone port built-in.

If I use these, would I need to replace every phone socket with an ADSL/phone socket, just like I would with microfilters.

Also, if these joint sockets exist, how much do they cost?

Thanks
