Intel Coffee Lake 8th-gen Core processors release date rumours
when i load Adobe Flash Player my screen flickers whenever i move my mouse around. It does not matter which website, even Cbeebies. it is so annoying. When it is uninstalled i no longer have the problem, only cannot view Flash content pages..obviously.
Have altered my internet explorer settings as advised by Adobe's website by changing level to medium and changing Active x controls, but still the problem is there.
Have even tried changing my refresh rate to 85 hertz, but no change.
Is anybody else having these problems???

Apart from ICF's link, have you checked you have the correct version of Adobe Flash?
There's one for IE and the other for Firefox etc. See:
If you downloaded it from the official website, then the correct version for your browser will/should have been installed.
