How can I save an in built Adobe flash player video file onto my hard drive from the internet?

if you have the flash player , play it and then save it from maby right click or file or something like that, not sure though.

no that doesn't work. It just comes up with the options, settings and about.

try going into options or settings and nosing round, see if you find anything useful?

go into IE options temp internet files, find the file and drag it to the desktop, do all this before you stop in playing
