Administration rights on Windows

The shared folder on my PC will only allow me, the administrator to open, change and save document in it. At the moment other accounts can open but not save any changes. I want all members of my familly, i.e. different account holders to be able to access the shared folder and alter any document in it and then be able to save it.

Is this possible.
