Admin Permission

If I drag and drop a tune from My Shared Folder to My Music folder I'm invited to provide administrators permission to move the file.
Trying to use Rainbow Folders to colourcode my folders it fails 'to write icon' and asks me to make sure I have the required privileges to do this.

I'm a sole user and recently switched to Win 7.
I didnt have these problems when I used WinXP so is there something I've missed in setup or in configuration?

I think you will find that Rainbow Folders was made for OS Win98 to WinXP. Perhaps it won't run in Win 7, but try the compatibility method.Right click on the filename in Explorer, choose Properties, see if there is a Compatibility tab, click that.

Thanks Chas
There's no mention of Win 7 in the drop down menu in Compatability.
I've now found out what Compatability refers to. Thanks

I've now downloaded and installed a version saying its Win 7 compatible BUT I'm still getting the same error message.
As a sole user what should I be checking with regard to privelige and permissions?
