What is easiest way to transfer address book from my desktop pc to my laptop please

From within Outlook Express File,export,address book pick your format (microsoft exchange or text file)Save it to a location you can find like your desktop then burn it to a cd or put it on a flash drive.Then transfer to your lap top.You could also tranfer via a wireless/wired network.

it said it was completed but did not arriove on desktop

BTW, my desktop is connected by cable to wireless bT hub(router)and I do have a memory stick, maybe thats easier, just tried, its not..to me anyway
