when i click on links ,and search engines are all empty,whats going,ntl 300kb,windowsxp.

Have you run CCleaner or Clean up ! or other such program ? This will clean out those sort of history logs to free up available space on your hard drive.

1. Quit all programs that are running.

2. Click Start, and then click Run.

3. Type

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

and then click OK.

4. When you receive the "DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded" message, click OK.

If this does not resolve the problem, repeat steps 2 through 4 for each of the following files (in step 3, replace Urlmon.dll with each of the file names below):

tried that,by the way i can only use the default msn search engine,google,ntl,ask jeeves etc will not work,whats going on?

Do you have Ad-aware?

If so Click on Settings button (the cog icon), then on Defaults and see if it has set your search page to MSN. If it has, clear that box and click the Proceed button.
