Adding a SATA Hard Drive

I have a 160GB SATA hard drive in my HP PC and I am trying to add a 250GB SATA drive, I have added a PCI card so I can do this but whenever I plug it in it asks about RAID, and I have looked into this and I dont want RAID all I want is my PC to have the C drive as my 160GB (with Vista on already) and the 250GB to be a drive for music and videos

Was this just a SATA adapter card , or is it actually a RAID card , whatever , I would be surprised if you only had one SATA connector on the motherboard , there are usually two tight together , unless that one is being used for an optical drive and if that is the case , try putting the optical drive on the adapter card and the new HDD on the motherboard .
