I am thinking about putting a graphics card in my pc but i don't have a clue where to start. Can Anybody help please?

Are you doing a lot of gaming?

Yes, that is the whole point of getting one. I think i have intel integrated graphics at the moment. I only have about £150 to spend max.

'Yes, that is the whole point of getting one.'

Seems a harsh reply, just trying to help!!

If you have on board (integrated) GFX, the first thing to do is to find out if your Motherboard has an AGP slot, or not.

The easiest way to find out (if you don't already know) is to download & run Belarc Advisor, click here
and post back the make/model/serial number of your motherboard.

knowing what your system can accept will enable others to give advise as to what will fit, and what wont.
