adding a dxdiag folder to web browser

I have contacted a game support tech team as a game is constantly either freezing or rebooting my computer.They have asked me to send them dxdiag file but do not provide a email address and have asked for this to be sent usingweb browser.I have no idea how to do this help

Start Menu/Run, type `dxdiag` - click the Save All Information button at the bottom right, the default file will be DXDiag.txt. Load that into notepad, then select the whole text (CTRL+A), copy (CTRL+C) and paste the text into the tech support webpage box (CTRL+V), or just drag the file into the window on the tech support webpage.
