adding automatic 'tick' arrows to Word template

Hi all

At work we use a Word document (Word is 2003 with service pack 3) as a questionaire we send out to external people. With most of this we ask those completing it to 'tick' a box (these boxes are already on the template against the questions).

Is there anyway that when someone opens the Word document we have sent them that when they move their cursor over any of the boxes that by clicking their mouse a tick will automatically apppear with that box?

Many thanks

P
