Adding addresses to outlook express

  dougle00 03:05 12 Sep 07

Hi can you advise? I have an address book with 200+ addresses in it. I have been given anoter list of over 500 addresses. Now the problem is, I have already emailed the 200+ people and some of their addresses are included in the 500.

I want to email the 500 list but do not want to duplicate the email I have already sent. Is there a way of recognising who I have already sent an email to and removing them from the list? Obviously apart from manually, which will be a pain in the ass.

unless anyone knows better i think you will be stuck with manually deleting duplicates

Bugger johnny, I was hoping you wouldn't say that.

if the addresses were onn a spreadsheet it would be easy enough.. id write a program to cross reference and remove duplicates... not sure on how to query an addressbook in outlook though
