hi am running windows xp on a amilo fujitsu laptop 256ddr 32meg ati radeon graphics,my problem is quite often the screen goes blue and i get a error message which points down to badly installed software or drivers.i have iliminated all software and checked all the drivers for my hardware all seems fine apart from one thing which i think has something to do with the problem my ati video card drivers shows up in add remove programmes but does not state how much disk space they take up,also if you click on ati in device manager then the drivers tab it tells you all the information ,but if you then click on driver details everything is unknown eg provider details etc hope u can help thanks

make sure you are using a microsoft signed version of the ati driver as xp is very fussy about that
