Cant turn explorer add ons on even though they are enabled in tools.

If they are enabled in IE, they are turned on.

To turn them of you disable them.

thanks for your input, please let me clarify -windows vista premium, just completed system recovery--strip at top of page says "add ons turned off"(java pictures do not show up on a web cam site i have used before,java symbol shows but no picture)--in tools, manage add ons says add ons enabled PS-- downloaded mozilla and same happened there. thanks

go to tools use the drop down see what you have go to manage addons if you have done a recovery then they may well be empty and you will have to down load them

I would go along with wave.Since updating to IE8 I had to download some programs that were showing enabled in add-ons. Flash being one.If this speed test opens for you you will know that your flash program is working here
