what is a great program to make a form on my web sight so people can fill it in and submit it..

I think it is very easy to do on Dreamweaver. I'm assuming you know the basics of forms though. if not, then your probably best of using the Bravenet thing, as suggested.

Do you have ASP or PHP on your webspace?

If so then it is fairly straight foward, if you use ASP then do a search for CDONTS, if you use PHP then there is a function that handles sending mail.

hosting my own sight ,(servers) and dreamweaver doesn't seem to work on WINME any ohter suggestions are appreciated thanks

does work on Windows ME.

Forms are sent using the server's 'sendmail' and you'll need to insert the server path to sendmail into the form handler. Dreamweaver handles this for you (as others have said).
