Add address in Outlook

Can anyone please tell me how to add an extra e mail to Outlook Express? I have ended up with two e mail addresses and I want to download emails without having to log in to individual accounts, but when I try to set this up Outlook asks me for a password and nothing will get me past this. I have tried my log in for XP and both e mail addresses but nothing works, can anyone tell me the secret?

If you are with Virgin Media there have been problems accessing e-mails for several days.

Virgin have been updating their system for a while now, hence the problems, however I open my Virgin Email, Gmail, yahoo mail all through Outlook Express.

They all open with no problems.

To make it easier to sort, I have added a Column called accounts.

To do this:

Open Outlook
On the line where it says from ,subject etc right click and select Columns. Scroll down to accounts or any other columns you wish to add /delete.
