Adaware stops defragmentation on XP Pro

I loaded the Adaware program to my computer to remove certain problems which it did very nicely but the big problem came when I decided to defragment the hard drive as the computer hung up. I tried resetting it but it still hung up but XP's defragmenter indicated at the bottom where it got stuck, so I reset the PC and found out where the program was, then deleted the program and its directory to find that defragmenter worked properly. I defragment regularly so I have a rough idea on how long it should take.

Try Diskeeper lite from click here it is much better than the standard Windows defragger and tends not to get bogged down too easily. You will get 'nags' to defrag when necessary but it is good to know when defragging is necessary.
