Have been browsing the adaware responses in forum as i,ve recently installed. What I don,t understand is that many sites require cookies to function properly yet adaware quarantines them ! I am running auto delete

Adaware sees all cookies that are not a threat as a problem if you have "Search for negligible risk entries" checked on the scanning options page.

I personally don't use the autodelete function because of this.

It's a pain having to re-enter usernames and passwords to sites I visit regularly such as this one.
