Ad aware question

Hi Guys. I run ad-aware on my pc which has xp pro installed. after a scan I get a list of negligible objects, what are these !! and can I safely delete them. Thanks

If they are labelled as MRU (Most recently used) you may want to keep the. They are basically shortcuts within Windows that tell you the last files you opened in a program. In Word or Excel for example if you go to the File menu there is a list at the bottom of the last 4 files you opened. This can be very useful if you regularly use the same files at work.

Some cookies are also helpful in remembering your login details (To these forums, for example). Saves you having to remember passwords, etc, on your own home computer.
