Before trawling the net does anyone know how to restrict "manage" (right clicking the "my computer" icon?

Can restrict properties and can hide all icons but struggling with manage..

I use Tweak XP and also Advanced XP Tweak, they offer to restrict what is available with context sensitive menus.
