Dear Sirs

Good Morning

Please find below details of our PC

Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Version 2002, SP2, Processor Intel(R) P4 CPU @ 2.4GHz,Motherboard - HP Powered by Intel,1GB DDR1 RAM with 80GB IDE Harddisk

We are trying to take backup using Acronis True Image Home CD then we get Error E000101F4 : Acronis True Image Home has not found any hard disk drives

We could successfully take back up in other PCs connected with other Machines

Kindly advice for this error

Warm Regards,

Is the hard drive internal (installed in the PC) or an external unit?

Does the drive show up in the list when you click on "Computer"?

If it is external are the leads connected correctly and have you tried an alternative USB port?
