Best bet Wis,is to treat yourself to an External drive.

If you plan on imaging the xp machines whole drive, make sure you buy a big enough external drive.Personally i would go for something like a 500GB.
Your choice is endless, many deals out there...start with Ebuyer for a guideline of prices.

Just to make you aware;
Once you have bought ATI 11,the license is legally for one machine only but i do know some that install this on further machines.

thanks pj123 skidzy
dont mind the spend on the ex hdd, but to pay
again for every m/c,sounds along the lines of
microsoft, but for the piece of mind,ie not going
though major clean install updates drivers the cost per m/c is proberly worth it,

but if i build new pc does it dye with old and i buy again

many thanks

No just load on your next PC

  wis 19:24 04 Sep 08

sinbads thank for that

but i run two pcs here, 3 kids, all bring em back
for the old man to sort out, make my life easy
if ive got copy of nice clean install,on all
five m/cs ,your comment load on next i might be comming it a bit with the licence

I was refering to your question "but if i build new pc does it dye with old and i buy again"

Yes perhaps 5 Pc's is stretching the one licence one pc too far.
