Acronis 10. What am I doing wrong?

Hi All,
I installed Acronis in my old drive then made copies of the C Drive. When finished it did not ask me to make a rebootable CD so this was not done. I then installed a bigger H/D in the Laptop. Boot up with Acronis CD, Reinstalled Files from the full Backup Cds. Then went smoothly but on restarting the Laptop, message says NLTDR is missing.
Perhaps I need to reformat the H/D?
Any help would be appreciated. Been the whole afternoon. Its doing my head in

NLTDR missing as a rule is your trying to boot from a none bootable source you require a bootable disk IE an ISO file like used on Norton
