I am using ACDC for PENTAX, and have changed to Windows Pro. ACDC is initially normally usable, but after 'closing' the program I am unable to re-open it - the 'hourglass' shows for a moment and then disappears.
When I shut down Windows I am told ACDC is Not Responding and have to force a close. Task Manager has not shown ACDC as a running application, but it is in Processes - as 'ACDC.EXE'. Closing the process enables me to re-open the program.
Any any Idea what is going on and what I can do about it???

try going to the makers site and see if there is an update? or look at their faq's your problem may be mentioned. Failing that uninstall it reboot and install again.

You say "and have changed to Windows Pro". From what did you change from? Was it a fresh install or an upgrade or did you buy a new PC?
