Account users on Win XP

I have an Administrators acct on win xp and I have another limited account also. How if possible can i stop access to some programs or exploring the c: drive and deleting files

Then probably not, but you could try this.... NOTE you need to boot into safer mode to use this for XP Home

Right-click onto a folder or file and select properties.... Now select "secuirty".... Now you need to edit the "permissions" for this...

you might be able to get some "third party" programs.... Do a google search on this question:

"Windows XP Permissions"

and see what comes up... You may want to word it differently to get better results
