Accidentally removed a start up program

Removed a start up program called Portfolio Solo Express 6.02. It still shows on my Programs installed but i cannot access is is there any solution of how to get it back ,I have tried System Restore it is there on my computer but i still cannot access it.

If it has an entry in msconfig, check it to bring it back. If not, drag it's exe file to the Startup folder.

copy then paste the exe file rather than dragging it, as this will move it from the original folder.

I am assuming that the poster already knows *how* to drag it over to avoid moving the file without creating a copy!

(Hold Ctrl or right-click it for those who don't know).
