In my database I have A query that is made from two other Query's. At some time in the future this will amass alot of records. Based on this query I have designed a graph report. However I need to limit the amount of records displayed on the graph to, last 10 entries for example, or however many entries are entered into an input box. Has anybody any ideas on how I can achieve this.
NOTE. Due to the way in which the graph is done the query has only:-
name field
date field
data field
cheers

You can use
SELECT TOP 10 [FieldName1], [FieldName2] FROM TableName
(Will select the first 10 records)

Or

SELECT TOP 10 PERCENT [FieldName1], [FieldName2] FROM TableName
(Will select the 10% of the total number of records)
