accessing acrobat reader

Can anyone help me correct a stupid mistake?
Iwas downloading a PDF file and when asked "what prog I wanted it to go to", scrolled through Acrobat and requested Word. (Don't ask!)
There is a tick in the box which means every PDF file opens in Word which is unreadable. My problem is in finding the programme so that I can select Acrobat. Sorry for being thick!

In Windows Explorer, Shift + Right click a .pdf file. Browse to select Acrobat Reader and tick the box to always use this program.
